Too often do we read the Bible as a history of humanity, or Israel, or the Church, or doctrine, but as important as these aspects of the Scripture are, there is another aspect, though often overlooked, that is essential to Christianity: God's pursuit of man.
Time and time again we see God pursuing man, over and over we see Him tirelessly drawing man to Him and relentlessly breaking down the dividing walls between Himself and us. For this cause He clothed Himself in humanity, positioned himself as a servant, and in taking up the punishment we earned for ourselves He was crucified.
This is the Gospel, the Good News: that because of what Christ did on behalf of us, we are able to live once again with God. And it is our desire to see this life altering, stronghold destroying, God glorifying Gospel preached throughout the world.
